Job Purpose: To identify, manage, and deliver renewable energy projects, initially focusing on large-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with a pipeline likely to include Wind, Hydro, Hydrogen, and other technologies. The successful candidates will oversee projects from planning permission through to commercial operation, addressing both commercial and technical aspects. This role will contribute to the Council’s Net Zero, Energy Investment, and Innovation Programme.
