What exactly will you be doing?

As a CRM Developer at AAT, you will play a pivotal role in our major digital transformation program. This transformational initiative is focused on implementing a new "XRM" solution based on an existing CRM platform. This transformation program lies at the heart of AAT's strategy and is a key deliverable for a number of future initiatives. You will contribute significantly to the design and development of this business-wide project, working closely with the CRM Solution Architect, other development teams and business stakeholders. In addition to this, you will contribute to the solutioning, designing and developing of other business initiatives aligned to AAT strategy and wider business plan. Finally, provide technical support for the current on-premises CRM solution.

Major objectives

The objectives are:

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions, in conjunction with the CRM Solution Architect, to meet the needs of our customers and the business, maximising the benefits of using Dynamics 365 CE.
• Contribute as a key member of one of AAT's transformation projects, focused on migrating our current on-premises CRM solution to Dynamics 365 CE.
• Work closely with the CRM Solution Architect and development team in the development of Dynamics 365 CE to deliver key strategic projects aligned with AAT's strategy and wider business plan.
• Provide technical and functional design documentation to drive development and enable ongoing support for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Offer technical support for the current on-premise CRM solution during the migration process.
• Ensure best practices are followed by adhering to approved development standards, protecting AAT's investment in Dynamics 365 CE.

What are we looking for?

• Strong knowledge of designing, developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions, including entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards and integrations.
• In-depth understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform architecture, core modules, security model and implementing scalable and reusable solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365 deployments.
• Solid development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS to create custom plugins, workflows and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL databases and BizTalk 2016.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps tools like TFS/Jira and CI/CD processes.
• Background in integrating CRM with other enterprise applications using Azure services.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
