Summary

Driver Operations Admin Coordinator

Location: Birmingham Business Park - Solihull



Purpose of Job: To coordinate the kit recovery process to ensure driver kits are collected quickly and effectively. Support the efficient running of the driver network through ensuring key administrative tasks and housekeeping is completed to standard. This role is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in fleet management or the car leasing industry.

Responsibilities

Core Duties:


Manage Driver / Contractor kit returns process.
Liaise with Drivers to coordinate / facilitate kit return.
Proactively coordinate to reduce the financial exposure of non-returned driver / contractor kit.
Monitor and proactively manage driver device discrepancies.
Monitor Geotag location report to highlight data discrepancies.
Raise agreed purchase orders for management authorisation.
Maintain fleet / hire car records.
Assist driver coordination during high call volumes periods.
Perform other duties as reasonably requested.


This position is ideal for someone with a background in fleet management or car leasing, as it involves maintaining fleet records, coordinating kit returns, and managing driver discrepancies.
