Summary
The Donmar Warehouse is recruiting a Head of Inclusion and Skills lead to join their Senior Management team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and is willing to engage in and support all facets of the organisation.
This role will support, guide and advise the Artistic Team to embed EDI at all stages of the production cycle and support SMT colleagues to embed EDI in their work strands, encourage ownership and be accountable. They will work closely with the General Manager to ensure delivery of the EDI strategy and support the development and delivery of people, culture and workforce programmes.
The Head of Inclusion and Skills will lead on the development and delivery of our training programme Catalyst, which creates paid training opportunities for those historically underrepresented in the sector. They will be a clear and compelling communicator who can inspire conversation at all levels of seniority and across all parts of the organisation.
This role signifies an investment in the Donmar's commitment to inclusion and skills development. The Ambition for the work is to reach across the entire fabric of the organisation, bridging the gap between onstage work and offstage work.
Terms: Permanent, Full Time
