We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Study Centre and provide critical support to our students and staff in managing behaviour, delivering mentoring programmes, and promoting a safe and respectful learning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily running of the Study Centre, ensuring a calm, purposeful environment for student learning.
• Oversee seclusions, behaviour interventions, and the administration of the Academy detention system.
• Provide structured mentoring and behavioural support for a caseload of students.
• Liaise effectively with parents, teachers, and school leaders to ensure joined-up support.
• Contribute to Academy supervision systems, including patrols, and break/lunch duties as required.
• Support with restorative practices and reintegration of students into lessons.
