An opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join a newly formed Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Performance & Reward and will play a crucial role in leading the reward strategy, framework and reward projects, ensuring alignment with the values, goals, and objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Performance & Reward on all elements of reward design and developing reward strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Determine the medium and long-term reward strategy for the full UK population, taking into account the divisional and organisation-wide strategic priorities.
  • Lead on all HR projects which have a reward impact to ensure that the total reward framework supports the business strategy, people, employee sentiment and is benchmarked to market.
  • Manage all HR reward strategy papers for the UK Remuneration Committee and Senior Management Committee.
  • Act as a deputy to the Head of Performance & Reward when required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Total Reward strategy framework
  • Support the delivery of the business agenda where there is a reward impact, e.g. mobility (internal and global)/agile/career pathways
  • Strategic input on pay negotiations, pay and bonus process, short term and long term incentive plan design

The Senior Reward Manager will have an annual budget and sign-off authority, and will be responsible for managing revenue, costs, and sales targets.


What you need to succeed
You must have experience leading on Reward strategy as a Reward Manager or Reward Lead within a large, complex, commercial organisation, ideally a professional services or financial services organisation.
You must have experience with strategic input on pay negotiations and pay and bonus processes.
