Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager at DC Sakura Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to customer needs, and providing excellent service.
Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring that they are well-versed in our service standards and able to meet customer expectations.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner, maintaining quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring that stock is always available for smooth operations.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff members.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and familiarity with the dishes served at DC Sakura Limited is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Flent in English and Chinese languages
