Summary
Garage Manager Needed in Manchester
- Location: Manchester (Near Oldham)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (30-minute break)
- Salary: £40,000 per annum + monthly target bonuses

Key Responsibilities of the Garage Manager Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the branch to meet financial targets and maintain branch quality control
- Problem-solve and support the team in technical and customer service challenges
- Oversee customer interactions, providing face-to-face assistance when necessary
- Manage the team’s workload and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage professional development
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing a garage or similar automotive environment
- Strong leadership skills with a 'leader mentality'
- Technical background preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive systems
- Experience managing teams of technicians (5-6 techs)
- Ability to manage workloads and ensure the team meets targets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Previous experience in an independent garage is desirable, but dealership backgrounds will also be considered
