Summary

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Shared Ownership Coordinator to provide an effective and efficient customer focused service to our shared ownership customers. You will be joining our Homes team providing service delivery to our clients administering rent service charge account management, resales and staircasing administration. You will be working alongside and supporting the Shared Ownership Manager throughout a portfolio of 800 shared owners which is set to increase over the next few years.

This is a remote flexible role working 24hrs per week pro rata so the successful candidate can be based anywhere within the UK.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with general enquiries from shared owners
• Managing requests for staircasing & resale
• Listing shared ownership properties for on property portals and contacting & qualifying prospective buyers
• Preparing & issuing memorandums of sale and answering legal enquiries consulting with solicitors
• Progressing staircasing and resale transactions recording data and general lease consent and approvals

Key requirements:

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of the Shared Ownership model, relevant legislation & guidance, Shared Ownership leases, Leasehold consultation and major works billing
• Excellent customer care service skills
• Proven administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and from home
