MHA have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional to join our team. This role focusses on generating enquiries and increasing occupancy through local and national marketing support. Our successful Marketing Business Partner will be covering MHA's North(remove) Yorkshire and Lancashire region; some travel to MHA sites within this area will be required on occasion. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, this key business partner role builds strong relationships with senior managers and their teams across the organisation to improve engagement and commerciality to ensure strategic targets are met.

The role is home based but the team are working flexibly under a hybrid model working from home with occasional visits to Derby central office and the MHA regional homes. We anticipate a minimum of 2 days a week being outside of home working.

Through inspirational and effective support, the Marketing Business Partner will influence the presentation and communication of the care homes proposition to support MHA in its strategy to enable people to live later life well.

Who we're looking for:

  • A qualified Marketer with proven online and offline marketing experience.
  • Ability to develop, manage, deliver, and report against the care home Marketing Strategy performance metrics.
  • Provide specialist best practice advice and support to the schemes, in order to assist them in delivery of their commercial and participation objectives.
  • Customer focused with the desire to build effective working relationships across the organisation.
  • Proven ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Be able to proactively challenge, influence, and gain alignment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst delivering to a high standard.
