Summary


Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a district general hospital situated in a beautiful and remarkable part of the country – close to London yet surrounded by royal parks, historic buildings and the River Thames. 1. Contribute to occupational therapy assessments, including gathering information from families and patients, and supporting with aspects of functional performance assessments.
2. Deliver clinical interventions which aim to optimise a patient’s functional performance, independence and safety.
3. Complete access and home visits.
4. Recognise risks and be able to modify approach or intervention to minimise risks.
5. Report back to qualified Occupational Therapists .
6. To make suggestions and offer problem solving solutions regarding interventions.
7. Post holder needs to have their care certificate completed
