Position: Skilled Machine Operative Location: Carlisle City Centre Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour shifts - days 6am - 6pm)

Qualifications: Proven experience as a skilled machine operative within a manufacturing or factory setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
