Asset Management Surveyor (PO1)

Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Asset Management Surveyor. As an Asset Management Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and enhancement of our company's extensive portfolio of assets. This is a crucial role that requires a thorough understanding of property management, strong analytical skills, and an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Perform regular inspections and assessments of company assets to identify maintenance and repair needs
Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of our portfolio
Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support asset decision-making processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal property performance and tenant satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations in order to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Oversee lease agreements, rent negotiations, and tenant relations to optimize rental income and occupancy rates
Monitor market trends and conduct market research to identify investment and growth opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in asset management or property management
Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information
Proven ability to develop and implement asset management strategies that drive business success
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
