Executive Assistant (PO1)

Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, responding as necessary or redirecting to the appropriate person
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Assist with financial tasks, such as expense reports and budget tracking
Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as requested
Maintain and update databases and filing systems
Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative
Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting is a plus
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary
Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings and events
Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism

Pay Per Hour: £22.62
