Summary
Neway are seeking a Property Surveyor to join our client based with Haringey Council.
This role is starting asap, working 36 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
Pay Rate is £28.72 p/h PAYE (equivalent to £36 an hour umbrella)
Qualification: Relevant degree and / or full membership of the RICS or equivalent
- Visits to the sites required
- Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB
- Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
- Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents
- Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client
- Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings
- Experience of drafting technical reports
