Summary
Right 1st Time Recruitment are seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join our client’s team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings around the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
This role is Monday to Friday 1500 - 1630
Duties
• Clean and sanitise designated areas such as offices, communal spaces, and washrooms
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and emptying bins
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Always follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Valid driving licence for transportation between sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail in cleaning tasks
