  • We're looking for a Paid Search Manager to define and own our Mettle search strategy, campaigns and tooling during an exciting time of of rapid growth
  • This is an opportunity to support Mettle's digital marketing strategy through the complete ownership of search marketing across Google, Microsoft and Apple

  • We are offering this role for a period of twelve months

What you'll do

In this key role within the wider Multi-channel Marketing team, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns. You’ll have full consideration and ownership of the campaign and digital journey, ensuring effective measurement and reporting.

You’ll be seen as a key digital contact to relevant stakeholders and you’ll partner with all our Marketing teams. Working within a scrum, you’ll make sure that our digital capability is optimised in the creative development of campaigns and that all activity supports the wider customer centric, commercial and brand objectives.

Your role will also involve:

  • Carrying out regular A/B testing to make sure the most effective creative messaging is used in all channels
  • Having full ownership of the search channel covering strategy and planning, budget allocation across platforms and campaigns, day to day activation and analysis of performance
  • Continually looking at campaign data, company data and competitive intelligence to identify further opportunities and accelerate Mettle's growth efficiently
  • Working with wider Marketing teams to help shape the overarching marketing strategy and the way in which we build a best-in-class marketing stack for Mettle

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need significant experience managing mobile app marketing campaigns across Google and Apple search platforms. This needs to include experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies.

You'll be highly analytical with proven problem-solving skills and you’ll have a firm focus on taking a data-driven approach to forming strategies and making decisions.

We’ll also need you to have:

  • Good budget management experience
  • Familiarity with attribution tools and mobile marketing campaigns
  • The ability or willingness to learn to extract insight from platforms using SQL queries or Google Looker
  • The drive to identify and solve platform problems and identify new opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to work in an environment that is constantly changing, evolving and innovating
