You’ll be responsible for leading the build, deployment and maintenance of all marketing email communications to customers
We’ll look to you to set up, maintain and optimise automated communication journeys tailored to various segments and behaviours, utilising our marketing automation platform
Along with the opportunity to further develop your marketing and communication skills, you’ll have the chance to play a significant part in helping us build stronger and more valuable customer relationships
We’re offering this role for a period of 12 months
What you'll do
As a Wealth Digital Lead - Email, you’ll be responsible for the technical delivery and maintenance of all outbound email communications to customers, including ad-hoc, triggered and always-on journeys.
You’ll take ownership of the Adobe Campaign Classic platform and the migration to Adobe Standard, building and orchestrating outbound marketing emails across the customer journey, to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring the quality of the emails aligns to the Wealth Strategy with a focus on ultra/high net worth clients.
You’ll also ensure best practice across the platform, optimising the end to end process, leveraging central knowledge and expertise as well as monitoring and optimisation of email deliverability rates of the IP and Sender addresses used by the bank.
In addition to this, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as Solution Lead for the continuous development and utilisation of marketing automation tools to deliver high quality emails
Working closely with the key stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure the delivery of a coherent email customer experience
Educating and supporting other teams in their journey to further leverage opportunities in outbound email channels to deliver on engagement and business key performance indicators
Supporting the development of a marketing email automation strategy and roadmap to ensure highly relevant and seamless customer experiences
Developing and managing the use of email analytics tools in close collaboration with key teams
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with an Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner certification. You’ll also bring strong analytical skills, and an understanding of audience management, funnel metrics and email performance analysis.
We’re also looking for:
Experience of using Adobe Campaign Classic v7 and ideally Adobe Campaign Standard
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with and influence a broad range of stakeholders at all levels
Experience of leading an operational delivery team
Experience and understanding of financial services or other highly regulatory environments
