Pay Range/details: £25,000 - £26,000
Our client is looking for a team member to work in their busy Customer Success team
Customer Success Advisor
• Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and communicated back to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount.
• Inputting orders into the ERP System.
• Order Management.
• Being a main support to the Sales Administrative Team by processing all requests in a time-efficient manner and able to liaise between various departments successfully.
• Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key.
• Ensure a highly professional manner is always taken whether on the telephone or email.
• To answer incoming customer service calls
Qualifications & Requirements – Customer Success Advisor
• You will have previous customer service or sales experience in an office environment.
• You will display an excellent level of attention to detail.
• Possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
• Fantastic customer service skills via email and over the phone
• To be a motivated and positive team player.
• Excellent IT skills.
