HR Administrator
We are excited to share that we are looking for a HR Administrator to join our established Human Resources team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to join our dedicated team and contribute to the success of one of the region's leading educational institutions, where your skills and enthusiasm will help shape a supportive and efficient HR environment.
Responsibilities
In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function across the college. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for someone who has previous administrative experience, alongside strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Given the nature of this role, the successful candidate must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and be comfortable dealing with queries face to face, via e-mail and over the phone.
