Summary
The role:
• You will be a key figure in the ASA Directorate, helping to shape policy, regulations and procedures that affect all students
• You will manage an established team dedicated to investigating and resolving student casework and enhancing the student experience
• You will be the escalation point for complex cases and have responsibility for ombudsman casework
• You will be the liaison point for complicated and sensitive matters, both with internal and external contacts, e.g. Thames Valley Police, ADSEs, ASA Deputy Directors, HR, the Information Security Team.

This advert is for a fixed term maternity cover for 12 months. The successful candidate will start mid-October 2024.
