Are you a dynamic and creative marketer with a passion for technology? We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, generating a consistent flow of engaging content
across a variety of on- and offline platforms. Your role will also involve supporting the planning and execution of events and
other marketing activities, ensuring that our brand is effectively promoted, and our messaging is impactful.




What you will be doing:




* Digital Content Creation & Design: Take ownership of Millgate’s digital content creation across a range of platforms and
mediums. Create designs for company brochures, social media posts, and presentations that are engaging.

* Content Strategy: Provide input for the company’s content strategy, including keyword research. Write compelling copy for a
variety of subjects and platforms, including blogs, emails, and client-facing documents.

* Audience Data Extraction: Identify and extract target audience data using the company’s CRM system.

* Performance Measurement: Measure and present results from digital content to inform future content creation.

* SEO and Visibility: Boost visibility of Millgate content through SEO tactics and other suitable means.

* Vendor Liaison & Relations: Liaise with our vendor partners such as HP, Microsoft, ESET and more to agree, plan, execute, and
measure marketing campaigns. Assist alongside the Marketing Manager & Vendor Manager with managing Vendor relationships.

* Social Media Management: Manage Millgate’s social media channels, posting regularly in line with the company’s house style and
tone of voice.

* Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, and
corporate functions.

* Campaign Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate
leads.

* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives and
campaigns.




What we are looking for:




• Search engine and social media paid advertising, including the setup, management, and measurement of campaigns as well as
organic social media channel management. 

• Ability to identify and approach external parties to increase visibility, e.g. through backlinking or traditional PR. 

• Previous experience in agreeing and working to a brief that meets the requirements of multiple stakeholders. 

• Previous experience dealing with multiple vendors or suppliers would be advantageous.

• Graphical tools knowledge including Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing Software and Canva 

• Experience in photography and videography is desirable. 

• Experience or interest in supporting in-person events is desirable.
