An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all the marketing activity for
Millgate Connect. This role is vital in supporting the business’s growth ambitions. Working closely with the Managing Director you
will focus on helping to plan and deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns to drive sales activity.



Hours: Part time(3 days)

Location: Sheffield (S9)



What will you be doing?




* Planning and delivery of key marketing campaigns for all Connect verticals · Working closely with the Managing Director to
devise and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve objectives
* Execute these marketing and communication plans, including the development of a range of marketing collateral, content and
campaigns, and include a focus on the effective use of social media and digital marketing tactics
* Project manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, whilst building and maintaining strategic relationships with key
stakeholders/vendors.
* Development of client specific content to enhance the relationship and services we provide.
* Planning and executing marketing campaigns, analysing metrics and providing detailed reporting on campaign performance. Must be
able to assess current performance and provide recommendations.
* Be aware and keep up to date with market trends and competitors. · Creatively thinking of new ways to generate new business and
customer leads.
* Creatively thinking of new ways to enhance existing client relationships
* Deliver and organise internal/external events and projects in a smooth and controlled manner, ensuring client satisfaction and
impact evaluation processes are in place to enable final evaluation.
* Work in conjunction with marketing team in Millgate Limited to ensure a joined up brand and communication strategy



What are we looking for?



* Significant B2B marketing experience and campaign delivery across different typse of organic as well as paid marketing
channels, such as marketing content, PPC advertising, SEO, SEM, Outdoor marketing, Social Media advertising, email campaigns,
Lead Generation initiatives, website design and landing page enhancement & copywriting
* Experience of using marketing automation and CRM tools.
* Experience in campaign performance reporting.
* Proven experience in relationship building.
* Experience of events delivery in a B2B context
* Strong organisational & personal skills, with demonstrable experience of achieving challenging deadlines and the ability to
communicate at all levels
* Knowledge of relevant software including WordPress, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Google Search Console, Semrush (or
similar) and others
