Summary

Are you a highly motivated and hardworking Operational or Programme Manager? Would you like to help shape how our 2 Trusts work together to deliver high quality, seamless, equitable and sustainable care to the population of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire?

If the answer to the above is YES then we invite you to consider this exciting Programme Manager role. This role is hosted by UHBW as part of the Acute Provider Collaborative between NBT and UHBW. You will work across NBT, UHBW and the wider system.

As a Programme Manager in the Acute Provider Collaborative, this role will be responsible for the delivery of clinical and corporate collaboration programmes between NBT and UHBW.

As well as supporting multiple programmes of improvement work, there will be plenty of scope to ensure your personal development needs are met.
• The post holder will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of a programme of work designed to support the APC and BNSSG Integrated Care System Approach. This role will manage a programme of complex projects to deliver service change through collaboration and partnership.
• The work will be co-ordinated using a shared framework for project and programme management that will be developed collaboratively with partner organisations to deliver strategic priorities.
• The role demands experience of large scale change programmes, working with senior practitioners and managers, to deliver extensive system change across the Acute Providers and wider BNSSG ICS footprint. As well as demonstrating technical programme management and improvement skills, the individual will be expected to offer innovation and creativity to the projects to fully support the project and programme outcomes.
• The role must provide expertise and leadership to manage effective working relationships in the team, and be active in motivating and inspiring staff to produce their deliverables to the required standard and within budget.
• The programme manager will need to be politically astute and strategically aware to successfully oversee service reconfiguration and redesign. They will need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders and generate improvement opportunities, using their experience to influence teams to work in new ways.
