At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and
physical disabilities across residential care homes, supported living homes, day services and our fantastic outreach programme.

This means if you have supported people with learning disabilities, autism, dementia or mental health in the past or if you have
dealt with challenging professional situations with members of the public then you'll have the skills to be able to effectively
make a difference to the people living in our care services!

What Aspens can offer you:

* Full Care Certificate Training and specialist training such as Emergency First Aid
* Career progression including recognised qualifications within Health & Social Care
* A flexible working pattern (such as 4 nights on, 4 nights off)
* Additional Bank shifts
* 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
* Nest pension
* Shuttle service to/from local stations
* Dedicated Employee Assistance Programme
* Access to Mental Health First Aiders
* Access to Blue Light Card, providing thousands of discounts on the high street and online
* 25% Staff Discount in our Charity Shops and Cafe

How to Apply:

If you are friendly, dedicated and passionate about supporting others we would LOVE to speak to you about our available roles.

Click ‘Apply now’ and one of our team will be in touch.

We are currently holding recruitment days every Wednesday, but we can be flexible to suit your own availability.

We can’t wait to meet you!

Any offer would be subject to Disclosure and Barring checks, which we will complete on your behalf if you don't already have one,
and satisfactory employment references. We will consider job share and part time arrangements for all posts in line with the needs
of the charity.

Aspens Charities are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment, we are proud to be an equal opportunity
employer.

PLEASE NOTE: It is a condition of your employment with Aspens Charities that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have
received both vaccinations by 11 November 2021 and that you comply with weekly testing.
