What will I be doing in this role?

Enerveo have been awarded a prestigious LV/EHV contract for a DNO within the Wessex regions, the project consists of a full turnkey solution for design and build covering Reactive and Planned activities inclusive of design, planning, excavations, jointing and reinstatement, Enerveo will be assisting our client with all Faults and New connections up to 33Kv.

In a typical day, you could expect to be.

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records and databases, spreadsheets ensuring data integrity and security.
Create spreadsheets and work follow to ensure office tasks are completed on time.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Serve as a crucial point of contact for internal and external communications.
Support various departments with administrative needs and special projects.
Demonstrate clear communication across the team.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.


What do I need to be successful in the role?

Proven experience in an administrative role, with exceptional organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a challenging environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Positive attitude, initiative-taking approach, and willingness to learn.
