We are in search of a Parts Administrator to join our Client’s well-established Main Dealership in the Slough area!
They are looking for an experienced Parts Administrator to add to their team providing excellent customer services, providing support to the Parts department.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Administrator:
- Up To £30,000 Basic Salary
- Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm & 1 In 3 Saturday Mornings 6am - Midday
- Well-Established Main Dealership Environment
- Kerridge DMS Experience Advantageous
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Parking On Site, Manufacturer Training & Career Progression
- Previous Automotive Administration Experience Required
Duties of a Parts Administrator:
- To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
- Support the parts department with any queries
- Look after email orders and help processing them
- Looking after cash sale purchases and putting through to accounts
- Signing off supplier invoices
What our Client expects of their Parts Administrator:
- Previous Automotive administrative experience
- Kerridge DMS background
- Good telephone manner
- Organisational and administration skills
- Full and Clean Driving License
