Summary

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Slough

Duration: Initial 6 month contract leading into a permanent position

Hourly rate: £15.00 PAYE

Hours: 37 hours per week & early finish on Friday

We are seeking a skilled Administrator professional to provide seamless support to the operations team while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.

As an Administrator you will assist staff and customers for seamless business operations.

Administrator Duties:

  • Strong administrative skills within operations management
  • Proficient knowledge of basic office systems
  • Experience with SAP / ERP systems would be advantageous
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Printing, filling, data entry, scanning and photocopying paperwork

Administrator Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Good general IT user Skills
