Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and committed Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and help create a positive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum, both in English and Welsh.
Support individual and small groups of students in their learning activities.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment.
Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
Provide support to students with additional learning needs.
Foster a love for the Welsh language and culture among students.
Participate in school events and activities, promoting the Welsh language.
Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
