Join our team as an Enterprise Architect (EA) and help shape an exciting future of innovation and digital transformation!

We are currently seeking a visionary and dynamic Enterprise Architect to lead our team towards innovation, efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes.

This is an exciting senior leadership role on the CIO Senior Management Team where you will lead on the creation of impactful digital strategies and help us manage successful change and delivery of EA roadmaps.

We take a wide view of EA at Platform, where we consider our customers first our and our end-to-end colleague journeys through exceptional outward looking, fully connected business architecture! You will blend and balance strategic alignment, service design, process management, digital technologies, and data architecture to create a robust capability and a strong business platform.

Some of the things we need from you:

A degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualification / work experience

Professional certification qualifications or experience relevant to the role of an EA

Professional training or equivalent experience across application, data, process, and business architecture.

Proven experience within a similar position

Knowledge of Microsoft platforms including D365, M365, Power Platform and Dataverse

Knowledge of various aspects of an enterprise technology architecture

Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to listen, reflect and influence key decisions

Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders

While this role is home based, you should be able to travel between our Group offices and other locations, as necessary. Senior Management team meetings are held in person once a month, alternating between the Worcester and Birmingham offices, and your attendance is essential. Additionally, mandatory training sessions and meetings occur periodically at these offices, requiring your presence, as necessary. Travel expenses will be reimbursed based on the current inland revenue mileage rates.
