Summary

We have ongoing work available for experienced health care assistants in the local area. The 60 bed home offers specialise dementia and residential care for the elderly.
You will follow personalised care plans for each resident, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care.
You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.
Additional responsibilities could include completing domestic tasks, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and taking responsibility for promoting the welfare of the adults in your care.

To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of Support Worker you will need:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

We Have Various Shifts starting at 0730- 1400, 1400-2200 or 2200 – 0730
