We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, based within our Retail Support team at our offices in Newbridge, Edinburgh. Responsibilities
· Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels (email, website, social media, etc.)
· Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
· Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
· General administrative tasks within the department
Requirements
· Customer-focused mindset
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office suite
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
· Great organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
This role can be office-based, or a hybrid mix of both home and office working. The working hours are flexible generally over Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. The hourly rate for the position is £11.47 per hour.
