Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 hours

Here at Lovell, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our East Midlands team.

This is a fantastic role for anyone who is keen to progress within the housing industry!

Reporting to our Customer Services Manager, you’ll manage and deliver the administration process relevant to post contract / handover services to purchasers for the completion of defects and release of retentions as appropriate.

We’d like our Customer Service Coordinator to have a strong customer focus and proven experience of a similar role. With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be highly motivated, have good problem-solving skills and be fully competent in MS Office. Experience of working in the housing industry is preferred, but by no means essential!
