Summary
We are excited to be in a position to offer a Band 4 post as an Outpatient Team Leader in the Outpatient Team within Urology. The post will be 37.5 hours a week at Guys and St Thomas Hospital Monday to Friday. The post holder will be responsible for supporting our Assistant Service Manager in the daily operational delivery of the service as well as interacting with patients, consultants, external stakeholders and healthcare referrers.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work as part of the team in order to deliver high quality customer service, display excellent communication skills, and an understanding of delivering healthcare services. You will need to demonstrate commitment to care quality and performance delivery. You must be a team player with the ability to problem solve and work independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop administrative experience in an expanding outpatient service. Previous employees have progressed to other roles as a result of the experience they gained within the department.
The post will involve Line Management responsibilities and will be based at Guy's Hospital. The shift pattern will be between 09:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
