To manage all aspects of people management including; recruitment, retention, redeployment, performance management, development and review, annual leave, sickness / absence, and appropriate provision of cover, staff capability, investigation of disciplinary matters and reporting of critical / untoward incidents. To ensure the team vision and philosophy is developed in line with Health Board Policies, protocols, procedures, National Service Frameworks, National Guidance and Research and is implemented by the team and all staff involved.
