Summary
Our client situated in Rochdale is one of the largest wholesalers in the UK.
Due to continued growth, they require an experienced Bendi driver to work on a long-term/permanent basis.
You will require the following:
RTITB or ITSSAR accredited licence (in date) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Be able to work 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday on a fixed shift.
Comfortable loading and unloading wagons in a tight working environment.
The ability to stack and move pallets around the warehouse.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Have knowledge of stock management and stock rotation.
Deal with and report damaged stock.
Ability to use scanners.
Able to do warehouse work as part of your role. You will be handling various products including washing powder, canned and bottled drinks and pet foods. Some products could weigh up to 25 kilos.
Handling delivery notes - checking stock across both goods in and out.
In return you will be offered £12.58 per hour + overtime paid at premium rates.
Safety boots and hi-vis are essential.
