Your key responsibilities will be:


Lead and motivate a team of 20+ workshop technicians, reviewing the daily tasks and ensuring that the team meets the targets and KPI’s whilst completing the work required to the highest standards.
Co-ordinate day to day operations within workshop and liaise with internal departments to maximise efficiencies
Manage staff absences, approving holidays, manage staff meeting, review staff performance and skill-test potential new starters
Promote and lead the health, safety and welfare of all employees within the workshop
To provide duty of care to staff working under your control
To ensure all staff working under your control abide by the site rules
Ensure all vehicle are parked within SLA’s provided by the individual Customer


To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:


Minimum 1 year of previous supervisory experience (essential)
Previous workshop experience (essential)
Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (essential)
Own a Full UK Driving Licence
Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office- Outlook and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
