Summary
Temporary accommodation exit officer needed in Enfield £19.95ph ref 1263960
To provide legal support with income collection and cessation of duty for the client, helping maintain temporary accommodation.
- The role will involve liaising with managing agents, landlords and solicitors
- To work with Income recovery officers to instigate and progress cases legally, including NTQ’s NoSP, NoPP, Particulars of Claim, up to eviction
- To attend Court on behalf of the client for all court hearings related to the eviction process triggered by rent arrears, landlord handbacks and / or legal disrepair.
- To support with ASB, Abandonment and subletting cases taking action and preparing cases for court action and representing the organisation at court and evictions
- To contribute to delivery of internal Housing Services’ processes that fall within the rent and income and cessation of duty team’s remit – should the terms with agents change this role will manage the eviction.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
