Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Temporary Accommodation Officer, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £17.54 - £21.71 per Hour
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by effectively engaging with tenants, including vulnerable or challenging individuals.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to contact tenants via phone or email to facilitate the sign-up process for new online licence agreements.
Offer welfare advice and support tenants in applying for the housing costs element of Universal Credit, if required.
Utilize our digital sign-up system, Nitro, to assist tenants in completing their Enfield Let tenancy or licence agreements.
Ensure timely email notifications are sent to revenue and other internal departments to facilitate the processing of benefits.

Must be motivated and Proactive
