Summary
Taplanes are a leading manufacturer serving the modular bathroom market and have been established since 1979. Our products are built to last, offer a 25 year leak free guarantee and are made in the UK from our manufacturing site here in Harrogate.
The company is embarking upon an exciting chapter of growth and is looking to further strengthen our talented sales team to capitalise on the vast opportunities open to a business such as ours.
Whilst a proven background in sales is important, knowledge of our sector is not. We can teach you all about our products and we have a dedicated and approachable technical team on hand to assist at any stage of the sales cycle. We are looking to recruit what we cannot teach – the successful candidate naturally finds it easy to make an impression, build relationships and has a relentless drive, persuasive charm, confident communication skills and an inbuilt resilience.
In return for your skills and hard work we offer a competitive basic salary (starting in the region of £23k-£29k DOE), an uncapped commission scheme (with an OTE of £35k-£40k) and a culture of personal development and improvement. You will also be enrolled into our company pension scheme as well as benefitting from 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays, and a car or car allowance upon successful completion of your probationary period.
