Customer Experience Executive

We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Experience Executive for this well established global business. You will be an integral part of the operations. You will provide high end customer service, processing orders in a timely manner and deal with enquiries and complaints.


This Customer Experience Executive role is a stand alone position within the office and you will manage the customer service department. You will be given support but ultimately you will be responsible for processing all UK and Ireland orders for the business, liaising with other European sites. We are offering hybrid working options, working 2 days from home and have an excellent benefits package alongside a discretionary bonus scheme.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming customer calls
  • Manage the customer orders inbox
  • Process all incoming orders via e-mail, telephone and from sales representatives
  • Prioritise daily workload
  • Deal with customer enquires and complaints, providing technical support where necessary
  • Up sell products and highlighting specific offers to customers
  • Assist with stock control and inventory count
  • Log all communications on the CRM system
  • Deal with couriers and delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced administration role
  • Experience using Dynamics AX would be a benefit

Full training can be provided for this Customer Experience Executive role which would include travel to other offices and via teams but you will be required to have a good level of customer service skills and strong administration skills to be able to work in this fast paced environment. This role would suit someone who has worked as a customer service advisor, customer service manager, customer experience manager, customer relations manager, order processor, sales support, sales administrator or similar.
