  • The salary for this role will be in the region of 60,000 - 70,000 plus excellent benefits
  • You'll be expected to be in the our Bishopsgate, London office 2 days per week

What you'll do

As a Senior Pensions Specialist, you’ll help us build simple, convenient, and delightful financial experiences tailored to our customers. Working in partnership with our third party pension administrator, you’ll deliver exceptional customer outcomes . Your role will involve offering technical expertise to support day-to-day customer service, sponsoring and leading on strategic change initiatives and solving contentious and complex complaints, leading a culture of continuous improvement here at Cushon.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Being the key business link between Cushon and our third party administrator
  • Making sure that our administration SVLs are achieved and continuously improved
  • Identifying and closing operational risks and working in collaboration with the broader business to deliver change
  • Overseeing a programme of quality assurance, ensuring adherence to our standard operating procedures

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with substantial experience in DC pensions with knowledge of DC pensions regulatory obligations. You'll have a technical understanding, including platform, technology, products and domains with advanced knowledge of one or more service management disciplines such as incident, problem, change IT, continuity or capacity.

On top of this, you’ll need:

  • Experience of managing third party administrators or key suppliers
  • Evidence of building credible and trusting working relationships with trustee boards
  • A professional, positive and approachable demeanour with a desire to help people
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to inspire and engage customers and colleagues
