Summary
Chorley Electrical Traders Ltd in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will take approximately 17 months to complete.
Duties will include:
• Assisting in the sales and warehouse and on the busy trade counter of an electrical wholesaler
• Dealing with goods inwards
• Packing Orders
• Inter branch stock transfers
• Computer invoicing and stock control
• Telephone sales
• Face to face customer service
• Upkeep of warehouse working to health and safety regulations
• General office work
Requirements:
• Punctual and reliable
• Good communication skills
• Hard working
• Keen and willing to learn
• IT literate to competently input data
• Good organisational skills
Monday - Friday, start 8:00am finish 17:00pm, 1 hr lunch break, 40 hours per week
