Summary
Our client, based in Swinton are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team in a busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationwide company who have an enviable reputation. Working in fantastic offices near the M60 junction, this Customer Service Advisor role is offered on either a temp - perm basis with an immediate start or a permanent basis if interested candidates are currently working.
Job Role:
The duties of this Customer Service Advisor role will include:
Working in a really busy service department
Answering incoming telephone calls
Scheduling engineer visits
Logging call details on the system
Updating customer details
Liaising with colleagues and clients
Updating customers on current job status
General administration duties
The Person:
The successful candidate for this Customer Service Advisor will possess:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Accurate keyboard skills
Strong team player
Available for an immediate start
The Package:
This Customer Service Advisor is offered as follows
Temp - Perm or Permanent basis
Full time hours - 8.30am - 4.30pm
Competitive salary up to £25,000 per annum
