Are you an experienced SEN Support Worker in Leatherhead, Surrey, passionate about ensuring learners with SEND receive the best possible education? Look no further! We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of SEN Support Workers for one of our partner SEN Schools. Our school provides an inclusive environment for learners with a range of learning and additional needs, and we're eager to add committed SEN Support Workers to our team for long-term contracts and Temp to Perm opportunities.

SEN Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Provide invaluable learning support to learners across Key Stages 1, 2, and 3.
- Support learners with undiagnosed needs, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.
- Foster a supportive environment for pupils' emotional well-being, promoting a positive learning experience.
- Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and fellow staff members to ensure each pupil is fully engaged in their learning journey.
- Offer one-to-one support to pupils within mainstream classes, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
- Must be commutable to Leatherhead, Surrey.

SEN Support Worker Requirements:
- Dedication to ensuring every pupil receives a solid platform for education, with a focus on inclusivity and support.
- Previous experience supporting learners with communication needs.
- Possession of supporting teaching and learning certificates.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or a certificate printed within the last 12 months.
- Must be able to support pupils in the Leatherhead, Surrey area.
- Please note, we do not offer sponsorship, so successful SEN Support Workers must have the right to work in the UK.
