Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Full-Time SEN TAs, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a long-term position with the opportunity for permanent employment.

Position: Full-Time SEN TA (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
- Location: Leatherhead, Surrey KT22
- Hours: 8:45 am - 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £75.00 - £90.00 per day

As a SEN TA at our school, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering our students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting SEN pupils in various subjects and activities, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles.
- Supporting the inclusion and integration of SEN pupils within classroom settings, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and development.
- Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.

What we look for in SEN TAs:
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (desired but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- A patient, empathetic approach, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our students.
- A genuine passion for education and a dedication to promoting the well-being and academic success of every child.
- Commitment to commuting to Leatherhead, Surrey.
