Summary

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Charity in search of a permanent Senior Fundraiser

Role offers a salary of £32,302+ London Weighting ( £3,366 p/a) or Home Working allowance ( £500 p/a). The LW is applicable for candidate reporting into the London Office at least once a week.

Key responsibility of the new Senior Fundraiser:

  • Supporting the Fundraising Manager or leading on the development, delivery and innovation of the new and existing fundraising products
  • Working closely with the internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop products to the highest standard
  • Lead meetings attended by a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Create, populate and manage ongoing numerical reports, models an budgets to track performance of fundraising products and campaigns
  • Support the acquisition and supporter development teams in the development of campaigns
  • Be responsible and accountable for the fulfilment and delivery of fundraising products, both within the Acquisition and Products team
  • Support the management of Products teams budget, particularly with the raising of purchase orders, expenditure and securing quotes from suppliers.

Previous experience and skills of the new Events Assistant:

  • Experience working on fundraising products
  • Highly developed written communications skills and ability to understand, interpret and present complex information in a clear and persuasive way for a range of audiences
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data, model fundraising propositions, presenting results and recommendations in an easily digestible format.
  • Excellent time management skills, regularly managing conflicting priorities and working to deadlines on multiple projects
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team, juggling between a lead and support role as and when necessary
