Working as part of the Employee Lifecycle team you will work as part of a team responsible for developing and maintaining Mersey Care's Electronic Staff Record system (ESR) and Workforce Information.

We have an exciting opportunity for 2 motivated individuals to join our team, as Employee Services Assistants. The post holders will support the delivery of a comprehensive high quality administrative service.

When in post, the successful candidate will be provided with full training in relation to the role, and benefit from a wealth of experience and knowledge which the team hold. You will demonstrate Mersey Care's values, be your best every day and support all our services across the Trust's large footprint.

To provide an effective comprehensive administrative service working with internal and external partners. The postholder will be expected to work on multiple systems including ESR, expenses system and roster.

To undertake all aspects of the new starter, leaver, changes processes as well as project support when needed. You will need to communicate effectively via various channels, offering guidance and assistance where required.

The role is often deadline driven, working against tight deadlines forpayroll processesensuring all colleagues get paid correctly and on time.
