Look no further, as we have a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Bexhill for children with additional learning needs. Most children have speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), and an Autism diagnosis.
This school are looking for a passionate and committed Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to work as a SEN Learning Support Assistant in their school for children aged 4-18. You will be supporting a small class of 7-10 students, working in partnership with the school's teaching staff, therapists and support staff team to deliver specific interventions that aim to boost students' learning, development and language acquisition.
You will be responsible for delivering interventions to children with speech, language and communication needs both in a small group and 1:1. You will make a real difference to the lives of the children, gaining vital experience.
