Summary

We are seeking Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join us. This role suits someone who doesn’t mind embracing their inner child, loves seeing those light bulb moments where they can see they’ve made a difference, has a genuine passion and care for our children and wants to provide them with the best start in life (whilst not minding getting a little bit muddy and glittery along the way)!

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children in the nursery
- Manage the daily care routines of children, including feeding, diapering, and napping
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and progress

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- The ability to manage and drive educational programs for young children
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support other staff members
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare principles and practices
- Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
